Founded in 1997, the Company offers general contracting, design/build, and construction
management services to a diverse client base throughout Southwest Florida. The Company
performs work under cost-plus and fixed price contracts which are typically under one
year in length. The Company’s typical projects consist of developing retail, industrial,
office, church, institutional and multi-family environments. The Company’s revenue mix
is normally comprised of new construction and renovation projects, but will shift from
year-to-year due to the cyclical nature of the commercial construction market. In FYE
2005, the revenue mix consisted of construction management services (70% of revenue),
general contracting (23%), and design and build projects (7%). The customer base is
