Our Client is a value-added reseller, service provider, and integrator of computer network security products sold to a wide range of business entities throughout the United States. The Company’s security specialists have extensive experience working with features and functionality within today’s most powerful firewall, encryption, web content, data leakage, and anti-virus solutions to meet the needs of their clients, and the Company is a technical leader in the emerging Data Loss Prevention (DLP) space. All professionals are certified on the leading security products and technologies on the market today, including McAfee, PGP, Vontu, Cisco, SonicWall,, Fortinet, and more. The Company has a customer base of over 7,000 active accounts across the US, and in 2007, sales were driven by computer security products (96%) and computer services (4%).
Our Client is incorporated as a Limited Partnership and operates out of an 8,815 square foot facility located in the South Central region of the United States. The Company’s staff consists of 26 full-time, non-union employees and 1 part-time, non-union employee. The success of packaged-software companies depends on technical expertise and good marketing. Success in the industry is largely driven by marketing, customer’s education of the security products, and selection of many software security options. These and other factors contribute to an 80% rate of repeat business and position the Company well for continued growth and success.
