Business Summary

The Company is an independent petroleum marketer. The petroleum products include regular gasoline (36.9% of 2009 sales), kerosene (23.7%), fuel (21.0%), highway fuel (11.4%), premium gasoline (5.3%), and other petroleum products (1.7%). The petroleum is transported daily from rack terminals in South Carolina. The Company delivers fuel to 12 small service stations where the fuel is stored in above ground storage tanks.
