The Company is an independent petroleum marketer. The petroleum products include regular gasoline (36.9% of 2009 sales), kerosene (23.7%), fuel (21.0%), highway fuel (11.4%), premium gasoline (5.3%), and other petroleum products (1.7%). The petroleum is transported daily from rack terminals in South Carolina. The Company delivers fuel to 12 small service stations where the fuel is stored in above ground storage tanks. The Company also delivers heating oil to over 3,000 customers in North Carolina. The Company markets to a 40 mile radius.
