Business Summary

S Corporation established in 1990. The Company provides a litany of tooling services to the aviation industry. Specifically, it designs and builds custom tools needed by ground support technicians to test and rehab various airline components. Additional services to the airline industry include: maintenance consulting services, CNC design programming, proof load testing, lift equipment certification and other aviation tooling repair and re-certification. The Company operates out of a 9600 square foot leased building and is staffed by 23 full-time and one part-time employee. The Company’s customer base includes modification centers (MOD), airlines and brokers. Revenue distribution among the three is 34%, 29%, and 37% respectively. MOD centers are under contract with an airline company for labor and materials to perform FAA mandated maintenance checks. These centers, in turn contact the Company to design and manufacture the specialized tools and test equipment needed to perform the FAA inspections. Airline carriers also contact subject Company directly for design services, calibration testing, and proof load certifications required by the airline builder’s maintenance program. Brokers are middle-man companies that buy then resell aircraft parts.
